WORKTECH18 Sydney Preview

2017-31-01

WORKTECH 18 Sydney is almost here, with the WORKTECH LOUNGE on Tuesday 20th March and the main conference on Wednesday 21st March.

To prepare for this year's event, over on the WORKTECH Academy site you can read a recap of themes from last March in Penny Craswell's post "My brain hurts: new thinking from Sydney’s summit of new ideas":

Having talked about my ideas for "City as workplace" in the past, I was also interested to read Linda Chandler's column on "why Sydney could become the first Anywhere Working City". She says:

The concept of an Anywhere Working City is a highly liveable, polycentric city driven by societal expectation of a different way of working and living, enabled by new architectures of building, technology and transport.

Finally, if you join the WORKTECH LinkedIn group, you can read some short Q&A with some of the speakers including Dr. Agustin Chevez (HASSELL), Ken Everett, Ryan Anderson (TEEM), and Matthew Claudel (MIT)

There is still time to register - visit the event website for details.
