You might remember me talking about model use cases for Government 2.0? This is actually part of our research for Taskforce Project 8 - and we've now come up with the list of use cases quoted above that we would like your feedback about.

I'm now asking:

  • Can you think of anything that doesn't fit?
  • What use cases are most important to you either personally (because you would like guidance) or for other people you work with (to help them understand what is involved)?
  • Can you suggest any less well known examples that demonstrate these use cases in practice?

An example of service delivery could be Reference Excellence - http://wiki.libraries.nsw.gov.au/index.php/Reference_excellence. Ref Ex is a training package collaboratively developed using mediawiki by a group of librarians across nsw for public library staff (local gov). It aims to provide libraries with a way to help their staff develop better reference skills.
